As a rule, our fees are based on the German Lawyers’ Fees Act (RVG) or an individual fee agreement. Which option is best for your case will be discussed openly and clearly during the initial consultation.

 

If you have legal expenses insurance, it will usually cover the statutory fees under the RVG. This means you don’t have to worry about anything – we handle the coverage request and coordinate directly with your insurer.

 

In some cases, however, legal expenses insurance does not cover all services. For these additional tasks, we can agree on an individual fee arrangement. This way, you receive exactly the support you need – with complete cost transparency.
